Last week, our International Business Development Director, Paz Armenta, represented us at Shoptalk Europe, connecting with leading retailers and innovators and exchanging ideas on what’s next for the industry.
One theme stood out across countless conversations: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹. From operations to customer experience, there is broad agreement that AI is already helping us work faster, smarter, and more efficiently than ever before.
And yet, there was an equally strong consensus: 𝗔𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆. The essence of a brand — and the people behind it — remains irreplaceable. Technology can amplify what we do, but it is the human element that continues to make the difference.
